Founded by Huang Mingong (also known as 'Brother Tiger'), who started his own liquor retail business in central Taiwan in 2006, Tiger's Choice was officially launched in 2015. The brand features a main line called 'Tiger's Choice' and several sub-lines including 'Tiger Girl', 'Explosive Peat', and the 'Tiger's Choice Bourbon, Sherry & Special Cask Selection' series.
