With Jimmy's six decades of experience and Eddie's innovative approach, this small-batch bourbon represents a legacy of craftsmanship. It preserves Wild Turkey's signature high-rye mash bill and traditional non-chill filtration process. Uniquely, the whiskey enters the charred American oak barrels at a lower barrel entry proof (103 proof / 51.5% ABV), minimizing water dilution and preserving the rich, full-bodied flavors that develop during extended aging.
