Founded in 2018, it merges Scottish double-pot distillation with local Guangdong terroir, using Xijiang River water and premium sorghum/barley. Aged 8-12 years in charred American oak, it offers notes of dried longan, lychee, subtle peat, and Sichuan pepper. Bottled at 43% ABV in porcelain-inspired packaging, it's positioned at US$80-150, targeting affluent consumers and global whisky enthusiasts.
