Haig Club is a blended grain Scotch whisky matured in three different cask types: first-fill American oak, refill, and re-charred barrels. It possesses a soft texture with light orchard fruits built upon a gentle, spicy foundation. The Clubman expression, however, is notably more woody and sweet, a result of being finished in American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon.
