With over 30 years of experience in the beverage industry working with brands like Baileys, Gilbey, and Grant, Rigney was inspired by a local jam factory during his 2013 visit. The 10,000 sqm distillery sits in the Gaelic-named town meaning 'ridge of the old Irish house.'
