Liverpool Gin Distillery is nestled in the city of Liverpool. Established in 2013 by Mark Hensby, Managing Director of Liverpool Organic Brewery, and John O'Dowd, Head Distiller, the distillery crafts its gin using exclusively organic botanicals. Originally housed within the brewery, the operation expanded in November 2018 with the opening of a new £1 million, four-storey facility on Castle Street. This venue features a gin lab, bartender school, two bars, and a new distillery where visitors can create their own custom bottle of Liverpool Gin.
