Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Oh crikey, that first sip! 🥃 Smells a bit like... burnt sugar and a damp autumn forest floor, y'know? The taste though... gettin' some toffee, maybe a hint of orange peel, but there's this smoky thing goin' on too. Makes me think of bonfires. Realy warms you up, it does. 😄 And the finish? Lingers a bit, dry but sort of sweet. Could sit with this all evenin'.

Just had a go at this whisky, and blimey, it's proper nice! 😊 First sip, there's this smoky hit, like a campfire on a chill evening. Then a fruity note pops up – maybe some apple or pear? Quite refreshing, actually. The finish is a bit spicy, with a hint of vanilla and honey. Makes me feel all warm inside, like a cozy night in the pub. 🔥 Not too strong, not too weak. Just right for a relaxing moment. Cheers! 🥃 Oh, and I reckon there's a touch of oak too, giving it that classic depth. Love how it lingers on the palate.

Just poured a dram. Golden, like autumn light. Nose? Vanilla, a bit of toffee. Proper comforting. Taste… smooth! Hints of apple, maybe a touch of cinnamon. Not harsh at all. Finish lingers, warm & sweet. A hug in a glass, innit? 🥃

Right, so... this one's a bit oaky 🌳 but not overpowering. Got some vanilla and a hint of spice, maybe nutmeg? Feels warm goin' down, a nice slow burn 🔥. Little bit of apple and citrus peel on the finish, I reckon. Decent mouthfeel, not too thin. A good sippin' whisky for a quiet evenin' 👍.
