Right, just poured a neat glass 🥃. Colour is rich gold, looks proper inviting. Nose has got vanilla and oak 🪵, maybe a hint of smoke. Taste is smooth, caramel and dried fruit 🍇 coming thru. Finish lingers abit, warm spice at the end. Definatly enjoying this one tonight. Cheers! 🍻

Nose? Proper smoky, sortov burnt caramel meets seaside air. 🌊 Palate – ooh, rich. Dark chocolate, maybe orange peel? Quite warming, almost spicy but smooth. Finish lingers, like... bonfire embers? Smoky wood. ✨ Mind you, just a casual dram. But yeah, decent complexity. 😋

Right, so this one's got a proper smoky nose 🔥 with hints of honey and vanilla coming through. On the palate, you get this lovely caramel sweetness mixed with some dried fruit and dark chocolate notes. There's a bit of spice there too - cinnamon and nutmeg, like a proper christmas cake 🎄 The finish is long and warming, with a touch of oak and leather. Really well balanced, not too peaty but there's deffo some smoke in there. Quite complex for the price, honestly. Would recommend if you're into that sherried, fruity style with a bit of smoke. Goes down a treat on a cold evening! 🥃
