First sip’s silky, then the oak creeps in, warm spice round the edges. There’s a dried fruit vibe, like sultanas, and maybe a smidge of dark chocolate. Finish is surprisinly long, all gentle pepper and a wee wisp of bonfire. Lovley stuff for a slow night. 🥃✨
