Cotswolds 2014 3 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, so you've got this whisky... 🥃 First sip, it's like coastal breeze mixed with honeycomb. A bit of that damp stone thing going on, ya know? Then—wait for it—a punch of warm toffee, almost burnt sugar. The finish lingers, sorta smoky but not like a fire... more like distant bonfire smoke on a chill night. 🌙 Makes you wanna sit by the window with a book. Wait, there’s a sneaky little note of green apple too? Nah, more like pear skin. Whatever it is, it’s proper tasty. 👍

Right, had a wee dram last night. On the nose, there's proper apple pie and a bit of honey. Smooth as, really. The palate brings in some smoke, but not overdone, and then a lovely oaky, vanilla finish. Quite moreish, that. 🥃✨
