Caol Ila 1976 24 Years Single Malt Whisky

Alrite, just had a swig. 🥃 Nose is proper smokey, mix o peat n dried figs. 🍂 Bit salty at first, then gets sweeter. Palate's a bit oily, thick coat on the tongue. Pepper spice kicks in late. Finish stays hot n long, good burn. Realy gonna buy more. Solid choice. 😉

Ooh this one's proper lush 🍦 Nose - smooth as owt, fruity with loads of vanilla and cream. Honey there too. Palate - yeah that's lovely, really creamy. Dried fruit and Christmas cake coming thru 🎄 Touch of spice and smoke. Finish - decent lenth, warming with toffee and ginger 👌 Yeah I'd have another one of these no bother 👍

Right then, this dram's got a real smoky kick, like a bonfire on a chilly night. 🔥 Some honey sweetness comes through, and a whiff of dried fruit – apples maybe? 🍎 Finish's warm and spicy, with a touch of wood. Goes down a treat! 👍 Tastes a bit peaty too, earthy like, but balanced with that sweetneess. 😊 Could sip this all evening, proper cozy stuff.

Then you get this burst of baked apples and dried fruit, really rich and warming. 🍎✨ The finish is long and a little bit smoky, not too much though. Just leaves a gentle warmth and a touch of dark chocolate on the tongue. Really satisfying. 👍 Could sit with this one for ages. Cheers! 🥃

Oaky aftertaste, lingers a bit. Really warms you up on a cold evening. Would pair lurvely with a bit of dark chocolate. 😋
