Kildalton 2009 DrC

Cor, this whisky's a proper treat! Nose: got some red fruit and a bit of spice 🍎🌶️. Palate: smooth with leather and apple notes, maybe a hint of cinnamon. Finish: long, smoky, and warming. Really enjoyed it! 😋

just tried this dram and honestly... 🥃 nose hits u with peat smoke first off, then some honey sweetness comes thru. bit of citrus in there too, like orange peel or summat palate is proper malty n smooth, get vanilla notes and that classic smoky character. feels like a warm hug on a cold nite 😊 finish lingers nicely, sweet honey stays on the tongue for ages really enjoyin this one tonight 👌 might hav to pour another glass lol
