Banff 1976 32 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, poured myself a glass earlier. 🥃 Smells proper smoky, hints of dried fruit too. 🍇 Palate is warm, bit of oak and honey 🍯. Finish lingers, makes you wanna sit back and relax. Defintely one for a cold nite in. ❄️ Quite enjoyed it tho.

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, smoky but sweet like honey 🍯. Flavour hits with oak and dried fruit 🍇. Bit of spice on the tongue too. Finish is warm... lingers a bit. Definetly feels like sitting round the fire on a rainy day 🔥. Smooth enough. Would pour another. Cheers mates 🍻.

Proper whisky, that. Warmth hits first, like a cozy hug from a woolly jumper. 🧣 Then oaky sweetness comes through – maybe cinnamon & vanilla, a bit like spiced apple pie. Fruity notes pop up too, some honeyed sweetness, a whisper of leather and rich caramel. It’s got that smoky depth 🔥, not too heavy, with a nutty, earthy undertone. Floral hints, maybe a bit of citrus zest and dark chocolate swirl in there. The smoke lingers, gentle like a distant bonfire, with a touch of pepper spice. Smooth overall, complex. Leaves you with a lovely, warming finish. ✨ Sometimes the flavours just… muddle a bit in te glass, but tey sort themselves out. Quite morish, innit?

Right, so I'm having this whisky and it's proper lovely. 😊 Got a real smoky kick at first, like a bonfire on a crisp autumn night. Then there's a touch of honey sweetness, almost like drizzled on toast. On the palate, it's smooth as anything, with a bit of cinnamon spice sneaking in. Hints of dried fruit too, maybe raisins or something. 🍂 The finish is long and warm, leaves a nice peppery tingle. Perfect for a rainy evening in. Cheers! 🥃
