Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right, poured me a dram 🥃. Nose is proper smoky, bit of peat maybe? Taste... warm goin down. Spicy-ish but sweet too, like toffee. Finish lingers quite a bit. Lovly stuff for a rainy evening. Definatly enjoying this one 🔥.

Right, so this one’s a proper treat. Nose is all honeyed orchard fruit, like baked apples with a cheeky whiff of peat smoke floatin’ in the back 🍎🔥 Palate lands soft at first—think stewed pears, a wee bit of salted caramel, then this lovely warm spice builds. Not a punch, more a slow glow. Finish is surprisin’ly long, wisp of bonfire and sweet malt that just hangs about. Crackin’ dram for a drizzly eve, honestly.

Well, just cracked this one open. 👃 First impression – a bit closed, needed time in the glass. Getting some nice, soft fruit notes now. Like stewed apples 🍎 and a hint of orange peel. Very gentle. Palate is smooth, creamy. A little spicy kick mid-palate (think ginger 🫚). It’s warming, not harsh. Finish is medium-long. Becoming a bit nutty, with a lingering sweetness that reminds me of honey 🍯. A real sipper. Definitely one to relax with. 👍

Right then, this wiskey's got a proper kick to it. The smoke hits ya like a bonfire night 🔥, then mellows into honey and vanilla. There's a hint of apple 🍎 and a long, spicy finish. Absolutely brill! 😋 Occasional typo: "wiskey" for whiskey.

This whisky's got a lovely smoky nose, reminds me of a bonfire. 🔥 Tastes of honey and a bit of apple, realy smooth. 🍯🍎 The finish is warm with some spice, not too harsh. 😌 Realy nice stuff!
