Tasting Notes & Reviews
Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Right, just poured a wee dram. 🥃 Nosse is quite strong, hits you with vanilla and maybe some oak? 🌳 Taste is smoth, defintly warming on the throat. 🔥 Got a bit of spice too, like cinnamon or nutmeg. Finish lingers abit longer than expected. Leaves your mouth feelin dry but pleasant. Proper good dram tbh. Would recomend having it with a bit of water. 💧 Cheers. 🍻
Aye, this one's got a proper spicy kick to it, like pepper and a bit of cinnamon. 🥃 Then it smooths right out, smoky with a hint of oak. Towards the end, I'm gettin' some fruity notes, maybe apple or pear. Quite enjoyabel on a chilly night! 👍
Just tried this whisky, mate. 🥃 Nose is quit fruity, got some apple notes, I reckon. Taste-wise, there's a touch of honey and maybe a bit of spice. Finshes smooth, not too fiery. Decent for a quiet evening, I'd say. 😊
*sniffs glass* Oh wow, that's... really sweet right off the bat. Like stewed apples and candied peel? 🍯 Sip it neat... mmm. Lots of warm spices, cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg. There's a lovely creamy mouthfeel, almost like vanilla custard. The finish is long and kinda woody, with a gentle wisp of peat smoke coming through right at the end. 🔥 A real comfort dram, that. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Hmm, got a nice dram here... 🥃 First sip, it's kinda like... oaky vanilla meets a hint of cinnamon? Maybe a bit of baked apple in there too, but not too sweet, y'know. Finsih is long, warms ya up proper. 🌰 Bit of beeswax and toast in the back, I'd say. Doesn't burn too much. Smooth enuff to sip neat, if ya fancy. Yeah, plesant. Would have again. 👍
Right, so this one's proper warm, innit? Got this nice spicy kick - like cinnamon maybe - and a bit of that vanilla oakiness. A lil sweet too, like burnt sugar or honey 🍯. Can't help but think of autumn walks... yeah, a bit o' that crisp air smell. Properly smooth though, no rough edges. 👍
