North Star Spirits 2007 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

This whisky's got a right smoky kick 🥃, with sweet honey notes 🍯 and a bit of fruity zest. On the tongue, it's smooth as anything, maybe some vanilla or caramel sneaking in. Really lovely for a quiet drink! 😊 Occasional speckle of spice at the end – bang on!

Right, just had a wee dram and the nose is all smoky peat, like a bonfire in the garden 🌧️. On the palate, sweet honey and a bit of spicyness – maybe cinnamon or nutmeg? 🍯 Goes down real smoth, warms you up proper. Finish lingers with some fruity notes, apple or pear. Brilliant stuff, really soothing. 👍

Oh right, so I had a dram last night... first thing, nose was all baked apple and honey 🍯, like a warm crumble. Then on the palate, got this lovely bit of spice, kinda like cinnamon toast? A little touch of leather and old oak, really chewy. Finish was long, with some dark chocolate coming through 🍫 and a hint of smoke that just lingers. Reely nice after a long day, innit.
