Bowmore 1979 11 Years Single Malt Whisky

Blimey, this whisky's got a right lovely aroma – hints of vanilla and a bit of spice, I fink. 😋 On teh palate, it's smooth with some fruity notes, maybe berries or summat. A touch of smoke lingers, very pleasant. Finish is long and warming, perfect for a chilly evening. 👍 Really enjoyed it, cheers! 🥃

Starts off rather sweet, like toffee and ripe pears 🍐, then there's this lovely, warm smokiness that just rolls in, not too harsh, mind. It lingers on the tongue, that's for sure.
