Edradour 1993 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Alright, so first off, the nose on this... 🍯 Proper honey and a bit of that cereal bar thing. Maybe a hint of vanilla cream? Quite nice. Taste-wise, it's got this lovely, warm spice. Think... like a hint of ginger, a bit of cinnamon. There's some apple in there too, stewed apple maybe. Goes down rather smoothly. A proper good sipper, this one. 👍

Right, so this one... it's like a warm hug in a glass, innit? 🥃 First thing you get is proper cozy – like baked apples and a hint of cinnamon from the cupboard. Then it gets all smooth and creamy on the tongue, a bit of toffee maybe, with this gentle, smoky whisper in the back. Not aggressive smoke, mind you, just a friendly nudge. The finish is long and leaves you feeling all satisfied. Quite moreish, actually. Could have another sip right now. 👍 A proper winter warmer, that.
