Turntable Smokin' Riff

Alright, that was a proper session. Quite the nose, innit? 🥃 First thing hit me was a big, sweet whiff of baked apple and a bit of vanilla. Then comes this lovely, gentle smoke – not a bonfire, more like a comfy hearth fire. 🔥 On the sip, blimey, it's got layers. Got that apple back, now with some cinnamon spice, and a surprising little zing of citrus peel right at the end. 🍋 There's a malty, almost bready sweetness holding it all together, with just a tiny pinch of salt that makes you want to go back for more. The finish is warming, with the wood notes coming through nicely. oaky and a bit dry. Really quaffable. A proper comfort dram for a chilly night. 😊
