Edradour 2006 9 Years Single Malt Whisky

Proper nice dram this one. 🥃 Smells like dried fruit and spice, bit like christmas puding. 🎄 Warm glow in the chest, goes down smoth. 🔥 Finish is lingerin sweet, honey-ish but not overdone. 🍯 Recon its perfect for a cold evning by the fire. Bit of oak maybe? 🪵 Realy enjoyble overall.

Taste is a bit of a rollercoaster! Starts sweet, like caramel or toffee apple 🍯. Then comes that smoke again, but gentler. Feels warm and... waxy? Like honeycomb. A proper strong dram. Finish is long. Keeps going. You get some dark chocolate 🍫 and a kind of woody spice. A cracking whisky, that. Makes you want another sip. 👍 Oh, and just a tiny hint of something floral at the end.
