Tasting Notes & Reviews
Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Hmm, nose is quite rich, gettin' some toffee and vanilla, bit of orange peel maybe? Tastes smooth init, but there's a nice warmth that comes through after. Quite spicy at the back, cinnamon or nutmeg perhaps? Finish lingers, a bit woody, hmmmm... 🥃 Quite good actually, not too harsh. Would def have again on a cold night.
This whisky's got a real smoky vibe 🥃, kinda peaty on the nose. First taste, you get this honey sweetness 🍯, maybe a bit of pear or something fruity 🍎. It's smooth going down, no burn. Finish is warming and a bit spicy. 🔥 Quite decent, init?
Nose: Smoky 🥃 with a bit of honey sweetness. Kinda like a bonfire toffee. Palate: Def getting some fruit, maybe dried apple? Then the wood comes through, like an old bookshelf. 🍂 Finish: Warm spice, lingers nicely. Feels cozy. 👍
Nosing: 🔥 Smoky first, then chocolatey & vanilla-ish? 🍫 Taste: Oaky, a bit spicy... maybe cinnamon? C: Finish: Long & warm, got a slight apple-pear vibe 🍐 Lovely stuff for a winter night.
A bit smoky on the nose, with some sweet honey notes 🥃. Taste-wise, I get apples and a wee hint of cinnamon, realy warming. Finish is nice and long, perfect for a quiet night in 😋. Cheers!
Oh wow, this one's proper nice! Starts with a bit of smoky warmth, like a bonfire in autumn. 🥃🔥 Then you get these lovely hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit – maybe raisins or figs. Smooth as anything, with a hint of vanilla coming through later. Really comforting on a cold evening. 😊🍫
Blimey, this whisky's got a reel smoky kikc to it, like a bonfire on a rainy day. 🌧️ Then there's this sweet honey and vanilla coming through, soomth as anything. A bit of oak and spice, quite warming. Really nice for a quiet sip. 😋
