Nose hits you with stewed apples and a waft of cinnamon, maybe a hint of caramell. 👃✨ Palate's proper smoothe – honey’d nuts, a wee bit of oak that warms the chest. Finish lingers, all spice and dried peel. Crackin’ dram for a rainy night in. 🥃 (and no, I won’t mention the *E* word, just pure cosy feels)

Right then, first proper sip – oaky and quite sweet, like vanilla. A bit of that peat smoke, but not overwhelming, y'know? 🥃 Firslty the fruit comes through – apples? Pears? Then a nice spicy kick at the end, almost peppery. Quite warming, that. Honestly, it's a proper grown-up drink. The taste lingers nicely, a bit like a good bonfire. Smells like a cozy old bookshop too. 😋
