Glen Spey Authentic Collection 1981 13 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ahh, this one's a proper dram! 😏 First nose, straight away you get this lovely caramel sweetness, like butterscotch. 🍯 Then, hang on... there's a bit of smoke, peaty smoke. 🔥 On the palate, it's oily and rich. Stewed fruits, maybe a plum. 🍑 Ooh, and there's a spicy kick! Like cinnamon. 👅 Finish is long, warming. That smoke comes back, with a hint of dark chocolate. 🍫 Blimey, that's satisfying.
