Yoichi Peaty & Salty

Ooh, that's a proper lovely whisky! 🥃 Got a nice bit of warmth going down, kinda spicy at first. Then you get this rich, dark chocolatey taste... almost like a fancy dessert, y'know? 🍫 It's got a smokiness to it as well, but not too heavy. Reminds me a bit of a bonfire on a chilly night. 🔥 Very smooth, really. Could sit and sip this all evening, honestly. Some fruitiness in there too... maybe orange peel? A little bit of toffee sweetness. Really moreish. 👍 Def a new favourite, this one.

Right, so... got this dram here. First sip, it's quite smooth, not too harsh. Sort of smoky, but also a bit sweet? Like honey or maybe some dried fruit. Oh, and there's a hint of spice at the end... cinnamon, prbly. Overall, pretty warming. Wouldn't say no to another. 🥃 Smells a bit like a autumn fireplace too, if that makes sense. Nice.
