Hazelburn Limited Edition 2007 13 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right then, had a proper good dram last night 🥃 First thing you get is that lovely honey sweetness, bit of vanilla coming through aswell. Then there's this warm spiciness, like cinnamon and ginger having a wee party on your tongue 👌 Get some nice oak and a touch of sherry in there. Quite fruity actualy - pear and apple, maybe a hint of dark fruit? Really smooth, almost creamy texture Finishing off with a bit of smoke and some leather notes. Malt backbone keeps it all together nicely. Proper warming stuff for a cold evening Honestly just a really solid whisky init 👍 Good balance between the sweetness and the spice. Would happily have another glass or three haha
