Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Blimey, this whisky's got a right lovely taste! 😊 First off, the nose is full of fruity bits – think apples and pears – with a hint of smokiness in the back. On the palate, it's smooth and creamy, with a touch of vanilla and honey. There's a spicy kick too, like cinnamon or nutmeg. The finish warms you up nicely, perfect for a cosy evening. 🥃 Definately a proper treat, this one!

Omg just had a sip and wow 😍 Right so first off its kinda creamy, like butterscotch vibes y'know? Then theres this lovely warm spice - ginger and cinnamon maybe? Super nice Aftewards theres like a subtle smokiness, not too heavy just enuff to make it intresting 🤔 Fruit notes too - pear and a bit of citrus, quite fresh actually Finsh is long and smooth, loads of honey and maybe some vanilla? Proper good stuff overall 👌

Ooh, that's a proper noseful, innit? 🍂 Got this big wave of… sorta… smoky oak, y’know? Like a bonfire in autumn. Then a bit of sweet stuff peeks through – kinda like toffee apples or brown sugar. The taste, right… it’s got this warmth that sorta stays, ya get me? 🥃 There’s a little dried fruit vibe in there, maybe… figgy? And then it kinda goes all… woody n’ dry on the finish. Yeah. Quite the proper experience, that. 👍

Alright, so had a dram of this one last night and... honestly? Quite impresive. 🥃 Rich and smooth, proper coats the mouth that. Got this lovely warmth that just sits there, not too harsh mind. Bit of honey, touch of spice... maybe some dried fruit hiding in the background? Finish is long and mellow which I do enjoy. Leaves you wanting another sip innit. Quite a nice wee dram for a cold evening by the fire 🔥 Would defo have again like 👍

Tastes like a bonfire in the crisp autumn air, mate. First hit’s all smoky and peaty, like damp earth after rain. 🌧️ Then a wave of sweet vanilla and honey comes through, smooth as you like. Finish has a bit of oak and caramel, leaving a warm glow. 👍 Really comforting, that. Sometimes I get a hint of dried fruits too, maybe raisins? Lovely stuff for a chilly evening. 🥃

Right then, this whisky's got a real smoky vibe, kinda like a bonfire in the distance. Then you get this lovely vanilla sweetness, almost like custard. And there's a hint of honey, too, makin' it proper smooth. Finish? Oh, it lingers with a bit of spice. Really warms the belly, that does. 🥃😋 Kinda reminds me of those cozy evenings, with a touch of caramel underneath. Not bad at all. 😌
