Ardbeg 2013 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Smells like bonfire smoke and dried fruit. Goes down smooth, bit of spice on the tongue. Warmth in the chest, proper nice. Definitly one for a rainy evening. 🌧️ Cheers! 🍻

Oh this one's got a proper warm glow to it 🥃 First thing you get is that smoky grain note, bit of a rustic vibe init. Then there's this nice malty sweetness creepin in... maybe a touch of honey or vanilla, hard to tell sometimes Nose is quite gentle, not too harsh. Bit of woodsy character comin through, like sittin by a fireplace on a rainy afternoon 🔥 Finish is decent, lingers on a bit. Got that classic earthy quality, maybe a hint of spice right at the end All in all, not bad for a quiet evening dram. Would pair nicely with some cheese or just on its own after dinner 🧀 Solid stuff realy, the kind you'd reach for on a Friday night when you just wanna relax yeah?
