The Macallan 1991 21 Years Single Malt Whisky

Cheers mate. 🥃 Smoother than usual. Nose smells okeany n' sweet. Goes down easy, plenty of vanilla undreneat. Gets a bit spicy towards end, keeps ur mouth awake. Honestly solid pour for prise. Wouldn't mind havin another soon. 😊🍷

Right, had a proper nice dram last night. Started off with this warm, honey-like sweetness - bit like toffee apples, y'know? 🍯 Then there was a gentle kick of spice, maybe cinnamon or nutmeg, that lingered at the back. Felt really smooth going down, no harshness at all. A bit of fruitiness came through after, like baked pear or apple. 🍐 Lovely stuff. Felt all cozy afterwards. 🥃😊

First thing I notice is a lovely peaty smokiness, like a proper campfire 🔥. Then there's this smooth honey and vanilla sweetness underneath. A wee bit of spicy oak too, warming on the way down. Really well balanced, this one. Might have a touch of dried fruit as well? 🍂 Very enjoyable.
