Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

This whisky's got a real anise kick to it, almost like anass but smoother 😂 First sip hits with a steel-like edge, kinda mineraly? Then comes this sweet fruit vibe, think dark berries and maybe a hint of hedge or something. Finish is soft, with a bit of smokiness. Really enjoyed it, mate! 😋👍

So, this dram has a luvly zest and citrus kick, with sum nutty and earthy depths. Sweet notes cum through, and a touch of smokiness on the finish. Absolutely crackin! 😊🥃

Well, this whiskey's got a right smoky vibe, like a bonfire on a chilly night. There's a touch of honey and some fruity notes too – very warming and smooth. Absolutely lovely! 🥃🔥 Sometimes I get a bit of peat and spice, makes it feel proper hearty. Cheers to that! 🌿 (Note: minor typo like "smokey" might occur, but it's all good.)

4#4

Oh, blimey, this one's got a right cozy vibe 🥃. Starts off with a whiff of apple pie and a bit of smoke, like a bonfire in the distance. On the sip, it's smooth as anything – think creamy butterscotch with a hint of cinnamon. The finish? Warm and loong, with a touch of oak that just hangs around. 😊 Really enjoyin' it on a chilly evenin', makes ya feel all fuzzy inside. A tad of vanilla pops up too, and maybe some nuttiness? Can't put me finger on it, but it's bloomin' lovely. 🍂

5#5

Right, so this whiskey – it's got a real smoky start, but then there's this sweet honey thing going on. 🍯 A bit of vanilla maybe, and a touch of oak that lingers. Goes down smooth, not too harsh. Honestly, it's like a cozy evening in a glass. 👌 Some fruity notes pop up too, like dried apples or summat. Proper pleasant, that. (Oh, and there's a hint of spice at the end – keeps it interesting!)
