Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is lovely, hints of vanilla and oak 🌳. Taste... smoky warmth, like a fireplace 🔥. Finish lingers proper long. Definitly a good one for relaxing. Cheers! 🍻

Right, so this dram pours a lovely deep gold. First sniff is all honey and vanilla 🍯, then orchard fruits – think ripe pears and a whiff of green apple 🍏. There's a gentle peat smoke curling round the edges, not a beast, just a warm campfire vibe. Taisting it—creemy toffee and a kick of baking spice, cinnamon maybe, with a wee citrus zing 🍋. The smoke wraps round yer tongue proper cozy. Finish sits long, oaky and soft, like embers still glowing. Cracking stuff for a nippy evening 🔥.

Right so first sip and its quite smooth init, gettin some vanilla and honey vibes coming through 👌 Bit of smoke there too, not overpowering just like a gentle warmth in the background. Quite oaky as well which I proper enjoy Nother sip and theres deffo some fruit there, like apple or summink, maybe a bit of dark fruit as well 🍎 Nice spice on the finish, bit of cinnamon and maybe nutmeg? Rich and warming, sits nicely in yer chest Honestly quite moorish that, could easy have another glass or two 🥃 Proper good stuff tbh

Oh, this one's got a real kick! 😄 Starts with a bit of spice, then mellows into something sweet... maybe honey or caramel. Sort of like a cozy hug for your tastebuds. Hmm, there's a hint of smoke too, just enough to keep it interesting. Finish is pretty smooth, lingers a bit. 👍 Bit of oak on the nose, I reckon. Not bad at all!

Chin chin! 🥃 That first sip is proper smokey like a bonfire, init? Then you get this lovely vanilla and spice thing, kinda like your nan's Christmas cake. 🌿 Finish is long with a bit of oakiness. Warming, innit! 👍 Good for a wee dram on a chilly evenin.

First sip: wow, this is a proper smoky one 🏔️ with a big peaty hit. Then you get sweet vanilla and honey notes 🍯, like a nice dessert. There's a bit of fruity tang too, maybe apple or pear 🍎. Finish is warm and spicy, with oak coming through 👌 Really smooth, perfect for a quiet evening 😊 Just a bit of smokey aroma at first 🌫️, but it blends well with the sweetness. Really enjoy it! 👍

Right, so the aroma... got a bit of that warm, comfy 🍞 with a touch of 🍎, maybe? First sip is proper 🌶️, like a gentle kick, then it softens into something sweetniss, like a distant 🍯. There's a definite woody note in there, 🪵. The finish is long, a bit spicy, kinda leaves your mouth feelin' all tingly. 🔥

Right, so here's what I got from the nose on this one: Definitely gettin' some smoky vanilla, a bit of citrus maybe? 🍋 And a hint of that oaky spice, innit. On the palate, it's bloody smooth. More of that caramel, maybe some dried fruit... raisins or somethin'. A little nutty too, I reckon. Finish is warming, quite long. Get a bit of that woody note comin' back, and a touch of ginger or cinnamon at the end. Quite pleasant, actually. 👍 Ooh, and a floral note popped up just now, like heather or somethin'. Didn't catch that at first.

Woah, that first nose is definatly all about smoke and a wee bit of vanilla 🥃. Like a campfire that's been out for a bit. Tastes of rich honey and some dark fruit, a bit jammy. Gets warmer and spicier as you go. Quite a long finish, leaves a nice warmth with some woody notes 🔥. A real sipper, this one. Slows you down. Enjoyable. 🍯

Right, so first sip hits you with this lovely warmth, like a soft cashmere jumper but for your throat. 🥃 Defo get some honeyed sweetness at first, maybe a bit of stewed pear? Then it sort of... opens up. There's a gentle smokiness in the background, not a bonfire, more like the smell of an old library fireplace that's been out for hours. Mouthfeel is proper creamy, coats everything. Finish is long, warm, with a slight spicy tingle... reminds me of gingerbread. A right proper autumn evening dram, this. Really smashing. 👍 Oh, and a faint hint of leather or old books? Dunno, but I like it.
