Right, had a dram of this last night 🥃 Nose is quite lovly, hints of honey and pear 🍐 Palate warms you up nicely, bit of spice on the tongue. Finish lingers... oaky maybe? Proper comforting stuff for a rainy nite. 🌧️ Would have another glass reckon. Bit rough round the edges but thats part of the charm innit. Cheers 🍻

The taste is proper cosy—honey on warm oatcakes, then a wee kick of ground ginger and black pepper 🌶️. There’s a fruity wee thing goin on, dried apricots and a slice of overripe pear 🍐.
