Right then, just poured myself a wee dram 🥃. Nose is proper nice, hints of honey and smoke. Palate warms the chest, spicy but smooth 🔥. Finish lingers alot, like dried fruit and oak. Definitly a good one for a rainy evening. Cheers 🍻.
Nose: hmm bit o' honey 🍯, lil' vanilla, some kinda nutty? maybe almond? Palate: yep get that caramel, lil spicy kick 🌶️, bit of oakiness goin on, nice n smooth Finish: medium long, that spice hangs 'round 👌, touch of dark chocolate maybe? overall quite nice drop init? easy sipper for a friday night 🥃
Oh, this whisky's a right delight! 😊 Starts off so smoth, like velvet on teh tongue. Then you get these fruity notes – maybe a bit of citrus or berries. 🍊 The finish has a nice warmth, with hints of spice and oak. Proper good stuff! 👍 Actually, it's quite moreish. Can't stop sipping!
Oh mate, this one's proper interesting. First hit is all smoky, like a bonfire in autumn 🌲 then it mellows out, right? Gets all honeyed and... *goes quiet for a second*... woody? Y'know, like old leather and warm toast. Bit of a kick at the back, but it's nice, init? 🥃 Not too punchy... just waves of warmth. Really leaves ya thinkin' 'bout it after, y'know? 👌
Right, so I gave it a proper go, neat, in my favourite glass. First off, it's got this lovely, gentle warmth to it. Kinda like sitting by a fire on a cold night. 🤔 There's a proper sweetness there, not sugary, more like... dark honey, maybe. And a bit of dried fruit, like raisins. And then, oh! A whisper of smoke in the background, just enough to keep it interesting. Very moreish. 🔥 Overall, a very smoth, easy drinker. Just lovely for a quiet evening. Definitely one I'd have again. 👌
Aye, this one's quite a journey! 🥃 Starts off with a proper whack of **smokey** peat, like a bonfire on the beach 🔥. Then it softens into something **fruity** – think stewed apples and pears 🍎. After that, it’s all **sweet** and **smooth**. Get loads of **carmel** and **vanilla**, with a nice **honey** finish 🍯. A real **spicy** kick lingers, though – a bit of cinnamon or somethin’. 🌶️ It’s **rich** and **creamy** in the middle. Really coats the mouth. Quite lovely, honestly. 😊
Tried this one last weekend. Reminded me a bit of walking through an autumn orchard, you know? Gettin' that apple peel and pear vibe first off. 🍂 Then it sort of opens up. There's a gentle spicy note, maybe some cinnamon or nutmeg? And a touch of honey right at the end, lingers nicely. Not too harsh, nice and smooth finish. Good for a quiet evening. 👍 Felt a tiny bit of warmth, but not burnin' at all. Pretty well balanced, I'd say. Might get another bottle.
