On the sip, it’s soft and warm—caramel wafers, a bit of cinnamon tickle, then a gentle oaky dryness at the back. Finish lingers with that malty biscuit note and a curl of gentle peat smoke. Proper cosy stuff for a dreich evening 🔥. Just wish the tin of shortbreed was full… aye, it’s that sort of pour.
