Oh this one's quite nice! Furst nose is all warm butterscotch and... wait, is that a hint of lemon zest? 🍋 Palate’s got a lovely creamy mouthfeel, veri moreish actually. Bit of a spicy kick mid-way—cinnamon maybe?—but it mellows into stewed apples and that sort of “sunday biscuit tin” vibe 🍪 Finish lingers with a soft, woody warmth. Not too heavy, quite smooth overall. Definitely one I'd sip again on a chilly evening.

On the tongue, it's like dark chocolate with a smoky edge 🔥, then some vanilla and honey come through 🍯. The finish is long, with a touch of oak and spice 🌿. Really warming, like sitting by a fire.
