The Glenlivet Rare Auld 1970 39 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, tried this dram last night. 🥃 Smell is intense... peat smoke 🌫️ mixed with something sweet, like dried fruit 🍇. Goes down smooth but warm. Feels like sitting by the fire 🔥. Finish is long, abit spicy on the tongue. Hard to describe all the flavours but its comforting. Proper good for a quiet evening. 🌙 Cheers mate. 🍻

Right, poured myself a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, hint of honey and maybe some smoked wood? 🪵 Takes you back sitting by the fire. Taste is warm, goes down smooth like. Some spice at the back of the throat. 🌶️ Finish lingers abit longer than expected. Proper cozy this one. Cheers! 🍻 Actually reckon theres a bit of orange peel too 🍊. Lovely stuff.
