Balmenach Authentic Collection 1981 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Alright, just had a dram of this. 🥃 Smells proper warm, like dried fruit and a hint of smoke 🔥. Taste is smooth at first then gets a bit spicy on the back of the throat. Its realy nice. Finish lingers nicely, sweet but not too much. 🍯 Cant quite put my finger on all the flavours but its a goodun for a quiet night in. 🌧️ Cheers! 🍻

Blimey, this one's got a proper smoky nose, like standing next to a campfire in Wales. 🔥 First taste, you get this peaty kick – aye, it's like licking wet rocks on a rainy day, if that makes sense. 🌧️ Then there's a sweet fruity bit, maybe some stewed apples or ripe pears? 🍐 And a hint of vanilla, lovely an' smooth. 😋 Finish is a bit spicy, leaves a warm glow in yer chest. Proper belter, this is. 👍 A wee bit o' oak too, I reckon. 🌳

Then there's this gentle sweetness, like a hint of honey on warm toast. Actually, there's a subtle spiciness there too, maybe a touch of cinnamon. The finish is quite nice and long, feels warming. Overall, a really enjoyable drop for a chilly evening. Quite sophisticated, innit? 👍

Just had a dram，and honestly，the nose is lovely. Got a bit of honey 🍯，some vanilla，and rather a lot of... smoky sort of thing? Like a bonfire. Taste-wise，it’s sweeter than the smell suggested. A bit of fruit，maybe apples，and then comes the warmth 🔥. Not harsh，just... present. Finish is long. You’re left with that smoky，peaty vibe，and a wee bit of spice at the very end. Rather moreish，that one.
