Right, so this one’s a proper little rollercoaster. First sniff is all bonfire embers and a whiff of old leather armchair 🔥🪵. Let it sit a tick and suddenly there’s this wave of honey’d oats and baked apples, almost like a crumble fresh from the oven. On the palate it’s surprisinly oily — coats your mouth in a nice way, mind. The peat is there but it’s not shoutin’; more like a gentle, medicinal hum under all that sweet toffee and dried apricot. Mid-palate a cheeky burst of orange zest and a tiny kick of black pepper. 🍊⚡️ Finish is medium-long, driftin’ between campfire embers, a smidge of dark chocolate, and just a faint salty brine at the very end. Lovely stuff to sip slow on a drizzly evening. Definately got character without bein’ a peat monster. Cheers 🥃

Nose: Get loads of honey and vanilla at first 🍯, then some dried fruit and a wee bit of smoke comes through. Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, think butterscotch and toffee with a touch of cinnamon spice. There's some orchard fruit there too, maybe pear? Finish: Medium lenght, warming. The oak comes through at the end with a hint of dark chocolate. Quite moreish realy! 😊 A solid dram for a chill evening innit.

Right, first whiff is proper smoky, like a campfire on the moors. 🔥 Tastes of honey and dried fruit, maybe a bit of orange peel? Deffo gets a wee bit spicy towards the end. Finish is long and warming. Lovely stuff, mate. 🥃
