Ardbeg 1991 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Aye, this dram’s got a propa bonfire smokiness 🌫️, then a wee hinte o’ sea salt creepin in. Dried figs, a touch o’ honey’d vanila custard 🍮. Finish is long, warm pepperiness and a bit o’ oaky spice. Reet nice. 😌

Right then, just had a sip. 🥃 First thing is this big waft of smoke, like a bonfire that's just been put out with rain. Wierdly cosy. Then underneath, there's a sweet hit of honey and baked apple, almost like a crumble. Finish is long and warming, with a bit of spicy ginger and a lingering taste of oak. Got that classic, comforting burn right down to the chest. 🔥 Proper autumn in a glass, that is.
