Tasting Notes & Reviews
Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Crikey, definately a proper gem of a bottle. First sip’s creamy, little hint o’ dried apricot an’ vanilla. Not too heavy, jus’ enough peat to wake yer senses up. Long finish, nice an’ dry. Gonna top up the glass before bed tonight. Proper drop. 🥃💤
Oh mate, this whisky's got a proper smoky vibe! Notes of vanilla and honey come through, with a dry, spicy kick. Really warms you up on a chilly evening. 🔥🍯😊 Rich and full-bodied, kinda like a cozy fireplace in a glass. Perfect for savouring slowly.
Really nice dram this one 🥃 Smooth and sweet, with a lovely bit of honey and malt. Got a light fruit note goin on too, quite pleasant. Not too heavy, not too light - just right rly 👌 Hints of cream and a touch of woody spice at the end. Proper easy sipper for a chill evening 🍂 Would defs have another glass of this tbh 😊
Cheers! 🥃 This whiskey hits different – the nose is all smokey and warm, like a campfire in autumn. Tastes proper smooth, with a bit of honey and spice. Gets you feelin' cozy inside. 😊 Finish is long and lingerin', lovely stuff.
Right then... *nose in the glass*... 🥃 Lovely stuff. Get a big hit of that peat smoke at first, kinda earthy, like a bonfire in the distance. 🔥 Then it opens up. Bit of leather, some dark fruit... plums, maybe? Very warming going down. The finish is long, got a nice woody, oaky note with a bit of vanilla sweetness coming thru. Just a really solid, comforting dram for a chilly evenin'. Slightly smoky, very smooth. Yep. That'll do nicely. 🙂
