Evan Williams Single Cask 2003 10 Years Bourbon Whisky

This one's got real character, init. 🥃 First thing you get is this lovely honey sweetness, kinda like the stuff from the farmer's market. Then comes a nice bit of spice – cinnamon? nutmeg? – that warms you right up. Defo can taste some vanilla and caramel in there, smooth like. There's a bit of fruitiness too, maybe stewed apple or somethin' similar. And aye, there's a gentle smokiness in the background, not overpowering, just enough to remind you it's a proper whisky.
