Right, had a wee dram of this last night 🥃. Nose is proper lovely, hints of dark fruit and coffee ☕. Palate kicks in with oak and pepper, realy warming 🪵. Finish lingers nicely, smooth as well. Went down a treat. Would defo have another 👍. Cheers! 🍻
Right, so this dram… it’s got a lovely malty core, like a warm slice of granary toast wi’ a drizzle of honey 🍯. Nose opens wi’ a wee bit of orchard fruit — think ripe pear or a soft cider apple note, mingled with a gentle cinnamon spice. Palate’s smooth as silk, then a flicker of oak and a whisper of peat smoke, but not heavy at all. Mid-sip, there’s almost a toffee sweetness, maybe a touch of vanilla fudge. 🍮 Finish is cosy, leaving that gentle spice and a hint of dried fruit — sultanas, mebbe? Really moreish, this one. Perfect for a quiet evening when the rain’s pattering on the window. 😌 Defo a wee treat.
First sip: strong smokey notes, remids me of a campfire. 🔥 Then there's some sweet carmel and a bit of fruity tang. 🍎 Really smooth finish, with a touch of spice. 😋 A bit of oakiness too, quite enjoyabel. 👍
Yeah, a bit oily on the tongue 👅. Then comes a dry spice, like... cinnamon? And honey 🍯. It’s quite warming, really. Swallows easy wif a little hint of... nut, maybe? Proper autumn drink, this. 🌰
Right, so nosin' this whisky, it hits you with a bit of caramel and maybe some fruity bits, like apples or summat. 🥃 On the tongue, it's smooth, init? Got a nice warmth, hints of spice and a subtle smokiness. Finish is lingerin', leaves a cosy aftertaste. 👍 Proper good stuff for a wee dram. 😊
Proper smoky number, that one. Hits you first with wood smoke, like a distant bonfire 🪵🔥 Then, hang on... there’s apple peel and a bit of cinnamon spice? Sweet but not too sweet. Finish is long and warming. You’d want this by the fire on a cold night, innit.
Had a sip of this one tonight... nose is all warm spice and a bit of citrus peel, maybe? 🍊 Taste-wise, it's quite smooth. Get some toffee sweetness first, then a kind of woddy note comes through. Not too harsh at all, goes down easy. Finish lingers nicely, a bit of that caramel sweetness sticking around. Quite pleasant for a weeknight dram. 👍
Honestly? 🥃 Really subtle at first, almost a bit shy y'know? Then boom - lovely honey sweetness hits ya, with a touch of vanilla 🍯 Bit of dried fruit coming thru now, fig and that sorta thing. Quite complex actually, proper warming on the way down 🔥 Got this nice buttery smoothness with some gentle oak spice, not too agressive. Finish is surprisingly long, lingers with a hint of walnutt and just the tiniest bit of peat smoke Really well balanced overall, the kinda dram you'd wanna savour on a cold evening init 🇬🇧 Absolutely smashing 👌
