Expert analysis and tasting impressions
Right, just had a dram 🥃. Nose is proper lovely, hints of vanila and oak 🪵. Taste feels warm, bit of spice kickin' in. Finish lingers like honey🍯, definately smoth. Perfect for a chilly night innit. 🔥
Oh right, this is quite a journey! 🥃 First off, it's like a lovely, sweet hug in a glass – think warm honey and a bit of that toasted oak. Then, whoa, a proper bit of smoke comes through, like a campfire on a crisp night. It’s not too much, just right. There’s a touch of vanilla and some dried fruit, maybe figs? It’s got a nice, long finish that just sort of hangs about. Honestly, it’s a proper cozy dram. Cheers! 🍂
Ah, this one's a right treat! 👌 Smoky on the nose, but not bonfire smoke... more like a distant campfire. A lovely, warm caramel sweetness comes through, almost like toffee apples. On the palate, it's got a nice, friendly spicey kick. I get definately get some dried fruit, maybe raisins? And there's a wee bit of herbal note, like heather honey. 🍯 The finish is long and warming. Very smoothy, goes down a treat on a cold night. A proper winter dram, this. 🥃
This whisky's got a right nice kick to it, init? Starts with a smoky sort of vibe, like a cozy campfire. Then you get these fruity bits, apple an' maybe a hint of pear, all mixed with some honey sweetness. The finish is spicy and warm, with a touch of caramel. Proper good for a night in! 🥃🔥😊 A bit of a tangy aftertaste, but not bad at all. Cheers!
Mmm, this one’s got a real honey sweetness, proper golden like. Then there’s that warm spice kick, kind of cinnamon maybe? 🍯 Bit of vanilla creaminess too, smooth as anything. Can taste some baked apple, like from a crumble. Finish is long and woody, a touch of smoke at the very end. Really moreish stuff. 🍂
