Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right then, just poured a wee dram 🥃. Nose is quite lovely, hints of honey and pear 🍐. First taste is smooth, bit of spice kicks in abit. Finish lingers like woodsmoke 🪵. Definatly getting some vanilla too 🍦. Proper relaxin stuff for a rainy nite. Might have another glass actually 😅.

Right, poured myself a wee dram earlier. 🥃 Smells lovley, like dried fruit and oak. Taste is warm, slides down easy. 🔥 Finish lingers alot longer than expected. Proper good for a quiet night in. 🌧️ Feels like a hug in a glass tbh.

Right, had a dram of this last night. 🔥 Nose is all smoky and a bit medicinal – reminds me of a campfire. On the palate, get some dried fruit, maybe apples, and a touch of honey. 🍯 Finish is long, warming, with a hint of spice. Smooth but complex, really enjoybale. 😊

Ahh, that first sip... kinda like a warm hug, y'know? 🍂 Smooth and honey-sweet, with a bit of smoke that tickles the nose. 🥃 Then it hits you – spiciness, maybe cinnamon? And the finish is long, comforting. 🤎 Really nice, just perfect for a chill evening. 😊

5#5

Oh, this one's got a lovely smoky start, like a bonfire on Guy Fawkes night 🔥. A bit of vanilla and honey sweetness creeps in, really smooth. 🥃✨ Hints of dark chocolate and a fruity edge, maybe cherries? 🍒 Finishes with a warming oakiness, brilliant for a rainy day. 💨 Cheers!

Right, this whisky's got a lovely sweet start, kinda like honey and caramel, then a bit of smokiness creeps in – feels proper warm and cozy. There's a spicy kick too, almost peppery, which is ace for a chilly night. Really nice, just sippin' it slow. 😊🔥🍬 Oh, and a touch of fruity notes, maybe apple or summat, but don't quote me on that. A bit of a typo here, but you get the drift. It's quite moreish, init?
