Spey 2008 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Fair play, this dram’s a proper treat. Nose is all orchard fruits 🍏 and a dribble of honey’d sweetness. First sip—boom. Creamy toffee, a bit of zesty peel, then a slow build of spice 🌶️. Finish just lingers, wam and oaky with a smidge of smoke. Lovley drop, that. 🥃

( 👃 nose: ) quite oaky and honeyed, with a bit of dark chocolate and maybe some dried fruit. ( 👅 palate: ) it’s smooth, really! a little spicy, like ginger or black pepper. something nutty in there too. ( 🔥 finish: ) long and warming. leaves a nice sweetness, a bit like toffee. Overall, a proper winter dram. 🥃

Crikey, this whisky's proper nice, innit? Got a bit of a smoky thing goin' on, with some fruity notes, maybe apple or pear? 🍎 Sort of earthy too, like a walk in the woods. The finish is smooth, with a touch of vanilla and nuttiness. 🥃 Aye, it's got that classic warmth, but not too burnin'. Feels like a cozy evening by the fire. Cheers to that! 😊
