Caol Ila 2013 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Blimey, this one starts with a real smokey kick, like a proper bonfire night. 🔥 Then it mellows out with sweet vanilla and a bit of caramel. Quite warming, really. 😊 Finishes with a hint of spice. Lovely drop! 🥃

Hmm, that first sip... like a warm hug from the inside. 😊 Gettin' some lovely caramel and honey right off. Then... oh! A bit of zesty orange peel comes through. Makes my mouth water a bit. It's proper smooth goin' down, you know? Like velvet. Not harsh at all. Then there's this gentle spice - maybe cinnamon? Or nutmeg? - that kinda tickles the back of the tongue. And a lovely, long finish. Keeps you warm. A bit like... sittin' by the fire after a walk in the crisp autumn air. Definitely a "sip and ponder" sort of dram. 🥃

Ah, that’s a proper dram! 🥃 Starts with a lovely whiff of smoke and a littel bit of honey. On the palate, there’s deffinately some peat and a warm, creamy vanilla sort of thing going on. Got a nice fruity kick at the end, maybe apple or pear? Very smooth, goes down a treat. 🔥🍎
