A.D. Rattray 1991 26 Years Blended Malt Whisky

# 🥃 Tasting Notes Nose: First thing I get is this lovely **smokiness**, not too heavy like, but proper nice. Bit of **honey** and **vanilla** comin through, almost like **toffee** or **caramel** if that makes sense 🍯 Palate: Oh this is good. There's a real **peppery** kick init but then you get this gorgeous **chocolate** and **fruit** sweetness. Some **ginger** and **cinnamon** spice warming everyfing up nicely 🌶️ Finish: The **oak** and **leather** comes through at the end, a bit of **grass** freshness aswell. Really well balanced this one 👌 Honestly? Its proper lovely. Has that classic warmth you want on a cold evening, nice complexity but not finking too hard about it. Just enjoyin it init 🥰 Would definately have another dram of this bad boy.
