Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Alright, just poured myself a wee dram 🥃. Nose is proper smokey, like a peat fire on a rainy day. Got some vanila too, maybe a bit of toffey? 🍯 Taste is warm, goes down smoth but with a kick. Spicy oak lingering at the end. Definetly something special about the way it sits in the glss. Makes me think of cosy evenings by the fireplace. Lovely stuff, reckon I'll have another 👌.

Right, had a wee dram earlier. 🥃 Nose is lovely, hint of honey 🍯 and maybe some dried fruit? Taste is warm, bit of spice on the tongue 🔥. Cinamon maybe. Finish lingers nicely, smooth as silk. Proper good for a chilly night. 🌧️ Definitly one to savour.

Got a real proper vibe from this one, ya know? 🥃 First sniff? Like, peaches an’ a bit of pineapple right up front, lovely innit. Then comes this vanilla-cinnamon thing, almost like a sweet pastry. On the tounge, it’s kinda oily but light? Hard to explain. There’s honey, for sure, and some woody notes, like oak maybe. Slight malty taste too. Finish is where it gets interestin’. It lingers, with a hint of citrus and... is that a bit of smoke? Proper nice. 👍 Overall, a right balanced dram. Not too heavy, not too light. Just a solid, comfy sipper. 🍂

Ooh, aye. Bit smoky, maybe? 🌲 Tastes kinda... fruity? No, wait. Citrusy? Like oranges, but not too sweet. Proper smooth, though. Almost a wee hint of vanilla in there too. Not bad at all, that. 👍 Reckon it’d be grand wi’ a splash of water. Just me thoughts, like.
