Right, so... the first thing you get is this lovely hit of honey and toffee 🍯 almost like walking past a sweet shop. Then there's a bit of dried fruit coming through, maybe some raisins or sultanas? Very sherry-cask kinda vibes. The middle bit gets more interesting - a touch of dark chocolate 🍫 and something nutty, like marzipan or almonds. Quite rich tbh. Finish is where the oak and a tiny bit of smoke come in 🌿 warming but not overwhelming. Maybe a whisper of vanilla too. Overall it's one of those whiskies that just... sits nicely, y'know? Not trying too hard. Proper decent for a wee dram on a cold evening 🥃

Getting some dried fruit, raisins and sultanas, mixed with a bit of spce. Real comfortng stuff. The finish is long and warming, with a hint of oakey vanilla. 🥃 Really well balanced, wouldn't say no to another. Cheers! 🍻
