Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right then, had a wee dram this evening 🥃. Nose is proper sweet. Vanilla and honey mostly 🍯. Maybe a hint of apple 🍎. Taste... warm going down. Smooth like. Got some spice on the tongue but not harsh. Finish lingers abit. Makes you feel cozy 🔥. Definatly a good one for rainy days. No complaints here. Just pure enjoyment. Cheers mates 🍻.

2#2

Oh, this one’s proper lovely, innit? Starts off with a right smoky kick, like a bonfire in autumn. 🔥 Then it mellows out – hints of vanilla and a bit of honey, so smooth you wouldn’t believe. Really warms the cockles. 😊 Just a whisper of spice at the end, makes you want another sip. Cracking stuff. 🥃

So, took a sip of this one... init. 🥃 First hit is kinda smoky, yeah? But not like a bonfire, more like... subtle oak char. Then it gets all sweet, like caramel an' a bit of honey. Nice. 🍯 Hmm, there's somethin' else too. A bit of spice, maybe cinnamon? And a tiny hint of vanilla at the back. Quite smooth overall, def a sippin' whisky. 👍 Finish is warm an' long. Leaves a bit of that spice an' smoke lingerin'. Really gr8 after a long day, init? ☺️

4#4

Right, so this one's got a proper aroma – smoky and rich, like a bonfire night. 🥃 There's honey sweetness in there too, with a hint of fruit, maybe apples? 🍎 On the tongue, it's smooth as butter, with a gentle warmth that builds. Notes of vanilla and a bit of spice, very moreish. 🔥 Finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lovely warmth. Perfect for a chilly evenin'. 😊
