Balcones Corn Whisky

Blimey, this one's a proper journey. Starts off with a lovely whiff of green apple and honey, real gentle like. 🍎🍯 Then it gets all warm and spicy in the middle, bit of cinnamon and clove, but wrapped in this gorgeous toffee sweetness. Really coats the tongue. Finish is long and smoky, with a hint of oak and dark chocolate. Leaves you feeling all cozy. 😌 It’s a loovely sipping whisky for a quiet evening, that’s for sure. Reminds me of walking through an autumn wood, innit? All those earthy, sweet, and spicy notes together. Top stuff.
